Refund policy

At ANTICS Tees, we want you to be pumped to receive your order! If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly. This page explains your rights and how we handle returns under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

If your gear rocks up faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you’ve got the right to a repair, replacement, or refund - no arguments, no drama.
That’s your legal right under the ACL, and we’ll back it all the way.


2. Change of Mind

We can’t take items back if you change your mind, picked the wrong size, or you’ve decided to start wearing frat boy polo shirts instead of tees.
Before you hit Buy Now, check the size guide on the product page and make sure it’s the right fit for your style.


3. Eligibility for Returns

To keep things smooth:

  • The item needs to be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition - keep it mint!
  • You’ll need proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
  • Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We can’t take returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Custom or print-to-order shirts (unless they came out wrong)
  • Gift cards or store credits


5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order turns up looking like it’s been through a mosh pit:

  1. Shoot us an email at enquiries@anticstees.com.au within 14 days.
  2. Attach a few pics and a short note about what’s gone wrong.
  3. We’ll sort it - whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund, and we’ll cover the postage if it’s our bad.

6. How to Return
  1. Email enquiries@anticstees.com.au to get things started.
  2. We’ll send you return details and maybe a shipping label if needed.
  3. Once your item’s back at HQ and checked over, we’ll confirm if the refund or exchange is approved.

7. Refunds

If we owe you a refund, it’ll go straight back to your original payment method. Give it up to 10 business days to hit your account.


8. Shipping Costs
  • If the issue’s on us (faulty, damaged, wrong item), we’ll pay for return shipping.
  • If it’s something else, you’ll need to cover the cost.
  • Use tracked postage - we don’t want your return lost in transit
