Welcome to ANTICS Tees - where creativity, comfort, and attitude meet premium cotton.
By visiting or purchasing from (www.anticstees.com.au) you’re agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. We’ll keep things simple and easy to understand, just like we do with our tees.
1. Who We Are
This site is run by ANTICS Tees Pty Ltd (ABN: 41689392630, ACN: 689392630).
When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean ANTICS Tees.
These terms apply to everyone who visits our site - browsers, buyers, and anyone sharing content or feedback.
2. Buying From Us
You’ll need to be 18 or over (or have the green light from a parent or guardian) to make a purchase.
And obviously, don’t use our site or products for anything illegal or dodgy.
3. Products & Orders
Our designs, prices, and product info can change without notice - the creative process never really sits still.
We do our best to show colours and designs accurately, but screens can differ slightly.
All orders are subject to availability - if something sells out, we’ll let you know and offer a refund, replacement, or backorder.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (unless noted otherwise).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal payments.
When you place an order, you’re giving us permission to charge your selected payment method for the total amount.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide and also offer international delivery to select countries (see FAQ's).
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times appear at checkout.
We’ll do everything we can to get your order out fast, but we can’t control delays caused by couriers, postal services, or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds
We follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
That means if something turns up faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size, so please check the size guide on the product page before you order.
If there’s an issue, reach out within 14 days of receiving your order so we can help.

7. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — our designs, images, logos, and content — belongs to ANTICS Tees Pty Ltd.
Please don’t reproduce or use any of it without our permission. Be inspired, don’t copy.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to make great gear and a great experience, but we can’t be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by using our site or products.
Our total liability is limited to the cost of the product or the amount you paid, whichever is lower.
9. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Your info is collected and used in line with our Privacy Policy which you agree to when shopping with us.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may tweak or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Whenever we do, we’ll post the latest version right here - so this page is always the one that counts.
