Shipping policy
Thanks for ordering from ANTICS Tees. We keep things simple and transparent, so you know exactly how your gear gets from us to you.
1. Order Processing
Orders are usually packed and sent within 48 hours of payment.
During busy drops, sales, or holidays, processing might take a little longer - but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
You’ll get a despatch email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
2. Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days after despatch
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days after despatch
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size. As a general guide, standard shipping is $10 for 1 tee, $15 for 2 tees and free for 3+ tees! (This is for anywhere in Australia)
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, the UK, and Ireland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Outside those zones? Shoot us an email at enquiries@anticstees.com.au and we’ll see what we can do.
Heads up: any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on your end are the buyer’s responsibility. We don’t control what other countries charge for entry.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order hits the road, you’ll get a tracking number by email.
You can track your parcel anytime through Australia Post’s tracking page.
5. Shipping Delays
We do our best to stay on schedule, but sometimes the postal gods have other plans.
Delays from Australia Post, couriers, or customs are out of our hands - delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order’s gone missing in action, hit us up at enquiries@anticstees.com.au
We’ll chase it up with the courier and do what we can to track it down.
We can’t take responsibility for parcels lost because of incorrect shipping details provided at checkout - double-check your info before confirming.
7. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping fees show up at checkout before you pay - no hidden costs, no nasty surprises.
Keep an eye out for free shipping promos - we drop them now and then to say thanks to our fans. (Conditions may apply)
8. Split Shipments
Sometimes we’ll send your order in more than one package to speed things up.
Don’t stress - you won’t be charged extra, and we’ll keep you in the loop if that happens.
